Currently working as a self-employed personal trainer, Alex Garbiso is operating under the auspices of Mile High Nutrition and Fitness. Working with clients in their homes, Alex Garbiso is an Onnit Certified Trainer.
Onnit Certified Trainers must successfully complete a certification course run by the. The Academy’s unique training methodology is based on six core principles:
Efficiency & Resource Optimization – Unorthodox training techniques can be extremely efficient when the entire body is engaged in the activity. Resource Optimization allows practitioners to take advantage of time, energy, equipment, and space.
Unity in Diversity – Though this concept may appear contradictory, diversity in training can exist without running amok in search of novelty. While selecting a broad range of tools and techniques, the Onnit Academy still strives for consistency in the quest for Total Human Optimization.
Search For Truth – In an industry that is constantly evolving, it is important to increase your understanding rather than believe you already have the right answers.
Balance – It is important to maintain an equilibrium in training as well as in life. Comfort zones and habits (even good ones) can become a hindrance in the long run, and it is necessary to maintain a commitment to accessing the full array of possibilities for training.
Leadership – Leadership, means going first, and a trainer must be willing to lead by example.
Empowerment – In such a competitive industry, it is necessary for the instructor to operate from a position of trying to elevate those around him or her. Developing a culture of nurturing and participation inevitably leads to empowering those involved.
As the owner of Mile High Nutrition and Fitness in Denver, Colorado, Alexander “Alex” Garbiso visits clients in their homes and provides individualized workout routines as well as nutritional guidance. As a certified trainer, he has experience working with three different companies helping clients achieve their fitness goals. Although he has a strong background in fitness, Alex Garbiso is currently interested in embarking on a real estate career.
When starting out working in real estate, specific skills should be learned and developed to become successful. One of the skills you should possess as a Realtor is the ability to negotiate. When you list a home for a client or if you are helping a client purchase a home, negotiating will almost always be involved. To best serve your clients’ interests, you must learn to know when you should hold firm to terms and prices, and equally important, how to maintain firm positions and still conclude the transaction.
An additional skill is being able to motivate others and come up with ideas, such as those about a home being considered and how the potential new owner could improve it. A Realtor shows houses to clients, but clients are often difficult to please, and can look at many houses without showing much interest in any of them. This is when an effective Realtor will speak up, putting forth ideas and suggestions for changes as to how the client can make the property their own. A Realtor who can improvise in this way will be well on their way to a successful career.
Lucerne in Switzerland
Since 2015, experienced personal trainer Alexander Garbiso has operated Mile High Nutrition and Fitness, based in Aurora, Colorado. Alexander Garbiso is an avid traveler who has been to several parts of the world, including Lucerne in Switzerland.
Considered the quintessential Swiss city, Lucerne has been a popular tourist destination since the 19th century and has been noted to be a favorite choice of important historic figures such as Queen Victoria, writer and politician Johann Wolfgang Goethe, and German composer Richard Wagner. Lucerne is also known for the medieval-age Old Town.
One of the city’s premier destinations, Old Town contains well-preserved 15th-century buildings, ancient rampart walls and towers, and its two covered bridges. The more famous of the two, Kapellbrücke (Chapel Bridge), has a history that dates back to 1333 and is Lucerne’s most popular landmark. The bridge was almost destroyed when it was ravaged by a fire in 1993, and although it has been restored, the damage is still noticeable in the 17th-century pictorial panels found under the roof.
Based in Aurora, Colorado, Alexander Garbiso is the owner of Mile High Nutrition and Fitness, where he also serves as a personal trainer. During his free time, Alexander Garbiso enjoys watching classic films. One of his favorite film series is The Godfather.
First released in 1972, The Godfather is a crime film directed by Francis Ford Coppola. A commercial and critical success, it became the year’s highest-grossing film and bagged several Oscars, including Best Picture and Best Adapted Screenplay. The screenplay was sourced from an eponymous novel written by Mario Puzo.
One of the most famous scenes in the first movie is the opening scene where Vito, played by Marlon Brando, can be seen holding a cat. The cat, as it turns out, was a last-minute addition and was not included in the original script. The idea came to Coppola when he found a stray cat walking around at Paramount Studios. He then took the same cat and put it on the scene, although its loud purring required Brando’s lines to be looped over.
