Experienced personal trainer and former Junior A hockey player Alexander Garbiso instructs young skaters at the Star Track Elite Hockey Camps’ annual camp in Pueblo, Colorado. As a counselor, he helps campers develop a complete profile for recruiters by motivating them to hone both their academic and athletic abilities. From 2011 until 2013, Alexander Garbiso mentored youth players at the Billings Bulls Hockey Clinic in Billings, Montana. He also conducted radio interviews and game broadcasts to help the Billings Bulls expand their fan base.
In his profession as a personal trainer, Alexander Garbiso works independently as the owner of Denver-based Mile High Nutrition and Fitness. He utilizes his unique skill set as the only Onnit certified trainer in Colorado to provide clients with individualized fitness and nutrition programs, including workout sessions in their homes or other informal locations.
At the beginning of his career, Mr. Garbiso served as a personal trainer with Bally Total Fitness. There he grew his client base to 25 individuals and ranked as one of the top-five selling trainers in the nation. He retained his clientele upon joining 24 Hour Fitness, where he continued to help them achieve gains while also directing the most profitable small group training team in the region.
A fan of professional hockey and football, Alexander Garbiso follows the Colorado Avalanche and Denver Broncos and enjoys spending his free time participating in fantasy sports leagues.
